Sue Beads

I've been having fun playing with these gorgeous colors of glass by GG Glass.  My newest beads are these two-toned bicone beads, which you can find in my SueBeads etsy store !

I did a show last weekend, and I am all done with shows for the year so you are in luck!  I've started a big shop update in time for your jewelry making for the holidays!  Here are some beads I added to the SueBeads etsy store! All the beads in my etsy store are available and ready to ship!  However, PLEASE take a look at my SueBeads web site - this is where I have my made to order catalog and you can get some very nice choices that aren't always in my etsy store!  I'm going to be adding more choices and starting back with the beads of the week special very soon!

I made some heart beads, they are in the etsy SueBeads store right now! I'll be making some more tomorrow, this way (which is good for bracelets) and oriented the other way, which are good for earrings!

I have some more new beads listed in the SueBeads etsy store , and even more finishing cooking right now! I'm excited to get these ones out of the kiln - Leslie wanted some of the gray sugar beads, and since I had the frit out, I just kind of went crazy making sugar beads! Hopefully I'll get the pictures taken later and list them tonight or tomorrow!

Finally, I got around to listing some new beads in the etsy store ! Take a look - there are some Halloweenie type beads for you to enjoy!

Heather Powers, of Humblebeads , just made an excellent blog post on the merits of using yellow in your summer jewelry designs! Speaking of yellow, I just made a customer a set of yellow squeezed beads. I made two sets, and sent her the ones made from Bullseye yellow glass. These ones were made from effetre yellow glass, and I etched them, because well, I love how etched glass looks! I'll be listing them tonight or tomorrow in my etsy store - methinks more like tomorrow because I think I'm done for the day today! Also, a bunch of new beads are now available for sale on my web site, SueBeads , in the made to order section! Check them out!

Rainforest Beaded Bead I am busily making beads for the orders I have been receiving - thanks so much! You really don't know how nice it is to get some business! My daughter graduated 8th grade yesterday (high school, here we come) and my propane tank ran out the other day. But I finally got to make some beads for orders today. Nothing new to show all of you - just thought I'd put some eye candy out there for you! Have a nice day!

Well, I was making beads for my backed up bead orders, and I ran out of propane. I wasn't having that great of a day anyways, so decided to wait until later to move the grill propane down to the basement. So, I have some time on my hands (well, that's relative, of course) and decided to put some new things in the etsy store . I particularly love this khaki beaded bead and I love the wasabi raku beads too. I also have to go to the post office to mail some international packages, but the boy is out riding his bike and I can't leave until he comes home. So, here's some eye candy!

Here's just a better photo of that cute little trio of beads I showed the other day. I think they'd be great in a necklace or bracelet design!

Earth Trio Here's a cool little trio available in my etsy store right now. These were made during different lampworking sessions, but when they found each other in the bead bowl, it was love at first sight! They really go together so well! I'll get better pictures up later, but wanted to get them in the store. I took the photo outside today in the amazing weather we are having! Click on it to make it bigger!

Turquoise Silver Stripe large hole beads I love these large hole beads (5mm). They are fun to make - I like making them freeform, meaning they are not "perfect"ly round beads, they are shaped the way they wanted to be! These are striking, because they are etched. They can be found in my etsy store today, along with the new key bead!
