Pepperoni Pizza Dip (1) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened ½ c. sour cream 1 t. dried oregano 1/8 t. garlic powder 1/8 t. crushed red pepper ½ c. pizza sauce ½ c. chopped pepperoni ¼ c. green onion ¼ c. chopped green pepper ½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Spread evenly in a 9” or 10” quiche dish or pie pan. Spread pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle with pepperoni, green onion and green pepper. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. I like to serve this dip with tortilla chips, but crackers would probably work too! I brought this dip to Lorraine and Dave's house for the Sunday Steeler game. Share it with all your friends and family!!!!
